Dear Valued Customer,

Please follow the subsequent steps to download your Sim4Life 
related files *:

1. Download and Install the License Installer:
- Click the "License Installer" link in the "Sim4Life Support & 
Download Page" website (item 1) to download the "License Installer".
- Install this software on the workstation where you intend to use 
Sim4Life.

2. Save the License File:
- Save the license file that you received via email from the ZMT 
Licensing Team on the same workstation,

3. Run the License Installer:
- Launch the "License Installer" either from the desktop shortcut or 
the Start Menu. 
- Once open, click "Reinstall" and navigate to the location where you 
saved the license file in the previous step. Select the file to complete 
the installation.

4. Download Your Product:
- If the license installation is successful, the tool will display the 
button "Download Products" (upper right corner). 
- Click on this button and receive a list of products that you are 
eligible to download (based on the license file). 
- Choose the product you wish to download. Enter the email address you 
used  to request the license, then click "Send."
- When you click "Send", you will obtain either a unique code for 
download or a download link will be sent to your email address.

If the license installation did not work, please re-initiate its 
installation  via the "Reinstall" menu item in the tool.

5. Check Your Email:
- Look for an email with the download link for your product. Follow 
the link to obtain your files.
- If you didn't receive the download link, go back to the "Sim4Life 
Support & Download Page" website, and copy/paste the generated code 
into the dedicated field ("Enter your Download code here:"). An email 
will be sent to the provided email address. The contained link will 
initiate the file download.

* Important Compatibility Note:
The License Installer is compatible with MS Windows 11 in 64-bit 
architectures. Some features are not available for Microsoft Windows 
Server systems. In case your system does not comply with these 
requirements, please contact ZMT support, and we will be happy to send 
your download link directly.
