Henrich, born in 1955, has worked for SPEAG (and other Zurich43 organizations) since its inception in 1994 in various positions as internal and external adviser for corporate, legal, and financial matters. Since January 2008, he has served as a non-executive director and chairs the board meetings of ZMT.
Henrich received his MBA (Dipl.Kfm) in 1981 from Cologne University in 1981 and is a qualified Swiss public accountant (dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer). Until 2017 Henrich headed the tax and treasury functions of Senior plc, an international manufacturing group quoted on the London Stock Exchange. Before he joined Senior in 1992, Henrich worked in the audit and business advisory divisions of Arthur Andersen in Germany and Switzerland. Today, Henrich serves as non executive board member of various companies in Switzerland, one of which is the Zuercher Kantonalbank, one of the major banks in Switzerland.
