TDS system |
SPEAG's Time Domain Sensor system is optimized to avoid the crosstalking with the device under test (DUT) and the excitor during measurements with the piX system. The TDS system is composed of an E1TDSz/MRI single axis free-space probe, sensitive to E-field parallel to probe axis and a 1RU1TDS remote unit for single-axis probes. TDS is fully calibrated (ISO17025) and offers full traceability and reproducibility. Additional accessories can be found on the SPEAG website. |
