TDS-B1: Probe System for MRI B1 Field Measurements

The TDS-B1 system was jointly developed with our Z43 partner organization Schmid & Partner Engineering AG (SPEAG) to non-disturbingly and traceably measure the radio frequency (RF) magnetic field (B1) inside magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) systems with high-precision. 

TDS-B1 System integrated in the DUAL-CYL-TFD for Test Field Diversity in MITS1.5.

  

 

   

Application

General RF transmit coils evaluations for design, verification and validation 

Measurement of the incident field inside the MITS systems in order to monitor and adjust the desired amplitude and phase excitations in the TFD phantom (see TFD System)

10 – 200 MHz (higher upon request)

120 dB @ 1 Hz resolution bandwidth
