IT’IS Tissue Properties Database V4.2

ZMT’s partner organization, the IT'IS Foundation, has announced the release of the Tissue Properties Database V4.2.

The release includes an alternative least-squares fit of dielectric properties reported in Sasaki et al. (2014). In addition, the IT’IS team continued their efforts to re-evaluate the combined standard deviation – this time for mass density. Note that the newly released Tissue DB V4.2 will be included in the upcoming Sim4Life V8.0.1 update release. The “Sasaki dielectric” properties can be selected in the Material Database Manager.
