First MITS3.0 Installed in Asia

ZMT Zurich MedTech AG and Dymstec are pleased to announce the installation of the first Medical Implant Test System MITS3.0 in Korea.

Osong Medical Innovation Foundation (K-bio) has chosen MITS together with ZMTs Sim4Life numerical modeling software to perform evaluations for RF safety of implants, following the ASTM F2182-11 standard for passive implants and the future International Standard ISO/IEC TS10974 for active implantable devices.

ZMT software and hardware validation tools will provide valuable insight in the implant safety in Korea.
