IT’IS demonstrates the Test Field Diversity method for Fast Model Validation

Today, the IT'IS Foundation published Episode II of its new video series, explaining how they validate models of the radiofrequency (RF) response of active implantable medical devices (AIMD) to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) exposure with the Test Field Diversity method. This new rapid method for robustly validating implant models without repeated remounting was developed by IT'IS together with ZMT. As in Episode I, the SAIMD-U validation device from ZMT is used, and both heating and voltage models of the device are validated.
