Save The Date: ISMRM Sim4Life User Workshop 2023

Save The Date: ISMRM Sim4Life User Workshop 2023

We are excited to announce our next Sim4Life User Workshop at ISMRM 2023, the Annual Meeting of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance Imaging, in Toronto, Canada, on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto, Toronto, Kensington Junior Ballroom, from 18:30 – 22:00.

Participants will learn how Sim4Life has been instrumental in two pan-European projects to research novel methods for evaluating magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) radiofrequency safety of implantable devices.

We will continue our well-received series on computational modeling and simulation of peripheral nerve stimulation in MRI. This time, we will provide insight into how industry is exploring a new generation of powerful gradient systems using Sim4Life and high-resolution functionalized virtual anatomical models.

We will also hear about experiences and challenges in ultra-high field MRI coil research, MRI thermometry, and Sim4Life-powered research for a new cardiac monitoring technology.

The workshop will conclude with an outlook at the future of Sim4Life and the IT’IS Virtual Population, the industry gold standard in anatomical computational models.

A detailed agenda will be published soon.

Please note that limited seating is available. Registration by email is required and will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis. You will receive a confirmation email within 24h.

And don’t miss to stop by our booth #G11! Our experts will be happy to demonstrate our latest developments, such as our brand-new cloud computing solutions, or an instant head segmentation tool. Get excited about the GPU-accelerated, fastest thermal solver available, and dive into a new set of design and safety options for high-field MRI applications, e.g., for compressing simulation results from multi-channel parallel transmit coil arrays into a small set of Virtual Observation Points (VOP).

We look forward to welcoming you in Toronto!
